Obituary

Anthony Maurice Hutto, Jr., affectionately known as “Lil’ Tony” departed his life on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the age of 39 years.

A lifelong resident of Trenton, New Jersey, Lil’ Tony received his education in the Trenton Public School System, graduating from Trenton Central High School, Class of 2004, where he was a member of the Junior ROTC and the chess club. Lil’ Tony spent time attending Kaplan Career Institute in pursuit of his Electrical Technician Certificate. Ready to take on the world, Lil’ Tony worked various jobs with hopes of finding the one that accentuated his creative and ambitious side, where he had a dream of having his own brand creating and designing sneakers and T-shirts.

To all that know him, Lil’ Tony’s proudest and greatest accomplishment was his son, I'Mir. As a single dad, Lil’ Tony took pride in raising his son to be an upstanding member of society. The avid Eagles fan, Lil’ Tony loved watching his team play. Always the bubbly, goofy character that everyone loved being around. He was well known to be tech savvy and the first one called on to do any handy work.

Lil’ Tony was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Mary Ann and Ralph Lynch, his paternal grandparents, William Melvin and Inez Hutto, a sister, Rochelle Clark, three aunts, Violet Brown, Maria Patterson and Eartha Hutto, an uncle, James Patterson, and a cousin, Tymeca Patterson.

Lil’ Tony leaves to mourn his mother and father, Marion Lynch and Anthony Hutto, Sr., his son, I’Mir Anthony Maurice Hutto, his grandmother, Anna Melvin, his brothers, Dae’Sean Lynch (Justin), and Quaymere Lynch, sister, Shantel Lynch, a nephew, Jaylin Lynch, all of Trenton. A host of aunts, Isabell, Ruth, Jackie (Teddy), Audrey, Andrea, Michelle, Brenda (Curly), Linda (Willy), a host of uncles, Donnell, Mack, Eric (Dorothy), Keith and Norman, six special friends Sarah, Jose, DJ, West and Divine and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
