Carol Ann Kwiatek Pavlik, 76, of Hillside, NJ entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11 am in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude, Colonia. Visiting hours are on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

Carol was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ before moving to Hillside 50 years ago.

She was a Clerk for the Hillside Health Department for 25 years before she retired.

Carol was predeceased by her parents John and Susan Pribila Kwiatek, her brother John and her daughter Susan, She was the loving wife of 52 years to George G. Pavlik. Loving mother to George Pavlik and his wife Jeannie, John Pavlik and his wife Jennifer.

Cherished grandmother to George and his wife Andrea, Matthew, James, Kaelyn, Ashlyn, Kyle and Emma.
