Dale H. Bean, 86, of Elizabeth, NJ entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 27, 2025.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden on Saturday from 1p.m. to 3 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home.

Dale was born and raised in Coaldale, PA before moving to Elizabeth in the 1950's.

He was employed by Burry Biscuit in Elizabeth as a truck driver and maintenance Supervisor for over 50 years before he retired in 2005. After retirement he was a School Crossing Guard at the corner of Grove and Grier Street, Elizabeth.

He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church where he was active in many clubs and organizations. He was a member of the Nugent's Tavern Association.

Beloved husband to the late Elizabeth A. Hoffman Bean who died in 2015. Loving father of Deborah A. Bean, Elizabeth A. Montalvo and her husband Luis, Margaret M. Bean and her wife Suzanne Niece Bean and Kimberlee R. Eubanks. Loving brother of Maryann Carson (late Robert). Loving grandfather to Jeniffer Rosado and her husband David, Candida Kaplenko and her husband Michael,   Megan Montalvo, Michael Bean, Kaytlyn Eubanks, and Jessie-Thomas Eubanks. Great grandfather to Tyler, Lucas, Lilyann, Brayden, Maye, Forrest, Harper and Roland.
