Diana Siplin was born on November 29, 1946, to the late Lola Mae Solomon and John Solomon of Atlantic City, NJ. Diana passed away into eternal rest on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Capital Health Main Hospital of Trenton, NJ. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, warmth and kindness in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Diane came to Trenton, NJ at a young age to live with her grandmother, Addie Richardson. She was educated in the Trenton Public School system. It was in Trenton that Diana met her husband James Siplin Sr. They had four beautiful children together, James Jr., Angela, Edith and Dorina. She separated from her husband and later had another son, Joseph. Diana worked briefly at Princeton University in Housekeeping. She was a former member of Jerusalem Baptist Church of Trenton where she attended church with her grandmother. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1990.

Diana leaves to honor her memories and legacy with her Children, the late James Siplin, Jr., Angela Marie Siplin, Edith Annette Siplin, the late Dorina Diane Compton, (Lorenzo), and Joseph Ferris Siplin: her Grand-children, James Siplin, III, Isa Jones, Naafiysh Jones, Porche' Siplin, Rahmir Siplin, Rahziyah Siplin, David Munn, Jelani Munn, Atiya Siplin, Omari Siplin, Quinton Siplin, Quaasaan Siplin, Wendell Compton, Lorenz Compton (Jasmine), Renz Compton, Wydell Compton (Tynesha), Yasyn Siplin, and Siata Siplin: her Great-grandchildren, Makhi Siplin, Aiden Jones, Timaj Siplin, Jayce Jones, Hayden Jones, and Ahmire Siplin. her Brother, Paul Solomon (Pat), her Sisters, Isabel Thompson (Jack), Dolores Solomon (Walter), and Addie Dockery. She also leaves with many years of love, laughter and memories a host of extended family and friends.
