Douglas DeGuzman Dizon, 56, R.N. MSN CNS of Linden, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Relatives and Friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral from the Leonard-Lee Funeral 301 East Blancke Street Linden on Monday August 21st at 9am. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth R.C. Church Linden 10am. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery Colonia. Visiting hours are Sunday August 20th from 2 - 5pm. Douglas was born in Makati, Rizal Philippines on January 15th,1967 to Milagros DeGuzman Dizon and the late Benjamin Dizon. He graduated with a degree in Nursing and during the Persian War served in Saudi Arabia as a Nurse representing his home country.  He was employed by NYC Health and Hospitals Woodhull Brooklyn as a Director of the Emergency Department. Previously he worked at several hospitals both in New Jersey and New York. Douglas is the beloved companion of Dennis Cann, husband of Gigi, father of Sebastian, Yousef, Chandler, Paloma and Ceylon Dizon. Grandfather of Sienna and Althea: Brother of Brian Gonzales, Benjamin Dizon Jr., Judith Antenorcruz, Miriam Dizon and Rex Dizon.
