Gerald Neal affectionately known as "Jerry" was born Trenton NJ on August 29, 1952. The Lord called Jerry home to rest after a lengthy illness on Friday May 31, 2024. He was educated at Trenton High School. Jerry was employed by Henry J. Austin Health Center, Trenton State Prison, Volk Tire, and Home Depot.

His passion in life was doing electrical work. Which led him to continue his education at Mercer County Vocational School.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pinky and Flora Neal, his sisters Patricia Tukes and Barbara Neal, and his brother Donald Neal. He is survived by his wife Joyce Neal, sons Kareem Neal of Phoenix, Kasim Neal (Tai) of Burlington, and his daughter Joy Neal of Cherry Hill. His siblings Charlene Woner (Ricky), Renee Cooks (Ronald), Darlene Neal, Gary Neal, Donna Barnes (Beecher), John Kevin Neal (Jane), and Joseph Neal (Satonya). Three grandchildren Kaden, Kai, and Kori Neal. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dedicated friends Niam Mason, Tom Caldwell, and Jamie Ponder.
