Harold H. Kornmeyer a lifelong Linden resident entered into eternal rest on January 27, 2023 8 days after celebrating his 100 ^th birthday.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 9am from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church Linden at 10am. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 5 to 9pm.

Harold was a Process Operator for 36 years for the Exxon Corporation in Linden before he retired in 1983.

He was a World War II Navy Veteran, serving in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre and a member of the Exxon Annuitants.

Harold was the loving husband to the late Pauline (Silwones) Kornmeyer who passed away in 2014. He was the loving father to James, Richard and his wife Julie, Judy Jarkovsky and her husband Todd and the late William (1979) and Daniel (2013). Cherished grandfather to Trevor, Molly, Patrick, Michael, Lindsay Rogers, David, Brian, Marsha DeVries, Anna Gooldy and Nicholas Jarkovsky, Great-grandfather to 18 great-grandchildren.
