Helen Wagenhoffer, 105, of Linden, New Jersey, passed away peacefully in her home following a life filled with adventure, laughter, and love.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 9:45 am from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. John the Apostle Church Linden/Clark at 11:15am. Interment to follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery. Visiting hours are on Friday from 3pm to 6pm.

Helen was born on April 1, 1918 to Dragi and Bertha Schiemann Schifkovitz in Rahway, New Jersey.

Helen married her adoring husband, George and went on to have two children, Karen and Richard.

Helen was a very hard worker and was dedicated to her career at RCA performing quality control for TV tubes.

Helen was a proud, long-standing member of the Deutscher Club in Clark, New Jersey and the Linden retired Men's Club.

Helen enjoyed pressing her luck in Atlantic City casinos, dancing to German polka, and spending quality time with her closest friends and family.

Helen is predeceased by loving husband George in 1998 and  her daughter, Karen Crane. Helen is survived by her son, Richard Wagenhoffer and wife Debbie, grandchildren Jennifer Paszko and husband Peter, Tracy Crane, Tiffany Cichowski and husband Michael, Nicole Slacik, Nadine Wagenhoffer, and her great grandchildren Helen, Katherine, and Samantha Slacik, Madison and Everett Cichowski, and Elizabeth Paszko.
