Islena Idarraga Cabal, 78, of Elizabeth, NJ entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Thursday, January 30, 2025 in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden from 4 to 7p.m.

Islena was born and raised in Palmira, Colombia before coming to the United States in 1994 and settling in Elizabeth.

She was a hairdresser in Colombia as well in Elizabeth at various salons.

Islena was the loving wife to the late Ivan Cabal. Loving mother of Salma Ramirez. Diego. Dear sister to Guillermo Idarraga, Oscar Idarraga, Jairo Idarraga and Islandia Posso. Cherished grandmother of Kimberly Macias and Melissa Jordan and her husband Damian. Great-grandmother of Camila and Viviana Jordan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
