Josephine (Harvanik) Sotak, 94, of Toms River, NJ entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 3, 2024.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 9: 30 a.m. from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church, Linden at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours are Monday morning from 8:30 a.m. till 9:30 a.m.

Josephine was born in Jersey City, NJ she lived in Linden for 88 years before moving to Toms River.

She was a Secretary for Wing Company M.F.G. in Linden for 20 years before she retired.

Josephine was a volunteer at Rahway Hospital, member of St. Elizabeth Church 50+ Club, Golden Age Club, Linden Senior Men's Club and the Linden Tuesday Social Club.

Josephine was the loving wife to the late John Sotak. Loving mother of Robert Sotak and his wife HeeSook and Jane Costa and her husband Gene. Sister to the late Joseph Harvanik, Mary Harvanik and Ann Janis. Cherished grandmother to Melissa Tennen, Lindsey Tennen, Matthew Tennen and Connor Costa, great-grandmother to Soren, Olivia and Jonathan
