Joyce A. (Smith) Mandle, 78 of Linden, NJ entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 23, 2026.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden on Sunday March 29th from 2pm to 6pm. On Monday March30th the funeral will begin at the funeral home at 8:45am with a Funeral Mass offered in Holy Rosary and St. Michael Church 52 Smith Street, Elizabeth at 10am. Entombment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.

Joyce was born and raised in Rahway, NJ. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Mathematics.

Joyce was an Administrator Assistant for the Rahway Savings Bank now (Colombia Bank) in Rahway for 25 years before she retired in 2010.

She was the loving wife of 55 years to her husband George. Loving mother to George and his wife Erlinda and Peter and his wife Heather. Sister to the late Peter Smith and his wife Diana. Cherished grandmother of Ethan and Abigail.
