Judith A. "Judy" Tekula Jakub, 83, of Toms River, formerly of Tremley Point section of Linden, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 9 a.m. from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in Holy Family Church, 210 Monroe Ave, Linden at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Rosehill Cemetery Linden. Visiting hours are on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.

Judy was born in Irvington, NJ to the late John and Rose Hrasna Tekula before moving to the Tremley Point section of Linden in 1958 where she lived before moving to Toms River in 2001.

She was an Administrative Assistant and Billing Clerk for E.I. DuPont, Linden, for many years. She enjoyed going to Disneyland, Atlantic City, playing Pinochle on a Saturday Night and doing puzzles with her family and also was a member of the Slovak Club.

Judy was the loving wife of the late George A. "Sonny" Jakub, Jr. who passed away in 2001. Companion of Arthur Jaskowiak. She was the loving mother of  AnnaRose Fedish and her husband Michael, George Jakub III and his wife Bonnie, John Jakub and his wife Nancy and Lisa Jakub and her grand dog Calvin. Cherished grandmother to Nicole Touw, Gabrielle Jakub, George Jakub IV, Erica Jakub and Michael Fedish. Great-grandmother of Megan Fedish, DJ Touw, Raymond Touw and Little Mikey Fedish.
