Maria Travesso, 86, of Irvington, NJ entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 25, 2022

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden, on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10 am to 11:45 am at which time a Funeral Service will be held. Interment to follow in Rosehill Cemetery Linden.

Maria was born and raised in Aveiro, Portugal before moving to New Jersey in 1974.

She was a seamstress by trade for over 20 years.

Maria was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother to all her grandchildren.

Maria was the loving wife of 66 years to Cristovao. Loving mother to Ana Bela Pina and Jose Travesso. Loving grandmother to all her grandchildren and her 15+ great-grandchildren.
