Renan Perez, 59, of Linden, NJ entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 9 a.m. from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church, Linden at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours are on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Renan was born and raised to the late Agustin and Enriqueta Pena in Cuyamel, Honduras. He came to the United States in 1984 settling in Jersey City where he lived for 20 years before moving to Linden in 2016.

He worked for Davey Tree Expert Co as a Truck Driver for the past 20 years.

He was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather and will be sadly missed by all.

Renan was the loving husband of 34 years to Marisol Garcia Perez. Loving father to Cindy Perez and Eileen Barcia. Dear brother to Juan Carlos Reyes, Gilberto Perez, Santiago Perez, Rondolfo Perez, Yamileth Vargas and the late Brenda Pena. Cherished grandfather to Leah Barcia, Audrey Oliver and Kailey Oliver.
