Robert J. Hodoske, 76, of Rahway, NJ entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 12pm to 2pm in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden. At 2pm Military Honors will be presented by the U.S. Army Honor Guard.

He was born in Jersey City, NJ moving to Rahway in 1958 and graduated Rahway High School in 1965.

Robert was a Parts Specialist and Warehouse Manager for Diversified Specialist Company in Kenilworth for 25 years before retiring in 2008.

Robert proudly served our country in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Spec. 5. He was a member of the American Legion Post 35 Union, and was a member of the Union County Bowling Association and Past President.

Robert was the loving husband of 54 years to Mary Cagle Hodoske. Dear brother to Mary Ann O'Halloran-Bessinger and Peggy Ann Stickle. Cherished uncle to Robert, Daniel and Ginger, great uncle to Gianna, Benjamin and Robbie.
