Sharon L. Weitzel Dunton, 67, of Linden, NJ entered into eternal rest on Friday March 29, 2024.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering on Saturday April 6, 2024 from 12pm to 2pm in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden, NJ.

Sharon was born and raised in Newark, NJ she moved to Springfield, MA before moving to Linden 16 years ago.

She was a home maker.

Sharon was the loving wife to the late John Dunton who passed away in 2005. Loving mother to Michael Dunton and Jamie Smith and her husband Nicholas. Dear sister to the late Frank Korske, Brenda Lodato and Joy Ann Thompson. Cherished grandmother to Lily Smith, Autumn and Bella Dunton. Dear aunt to Kimberly Carson and her husband Ronnie, Michelle Thompson and her husband Joe Brenckman, Danielle Hammock and her husband Braxton, Eric Rios and his wife Catherine. Great Aunt to Ryan Carson, Joey Brenckman, Emmery and Karter Hammock, Tom and Noah Rios. Sister in-law to Joseph Thompson.
