Sonia E. Szypulski Davis, 60, of Linden, entered into eternal rest on Saturday September 9th, 2023.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 East Blancke Street Linden on Thursday September 14th at 9:30am. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Vladimirs Ukrainian Catholic Church 309 Grier Ave. Elizabeth at 10:30am. Entombment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery Colonia. Visiting hours are Wednesday September 13th from 4pm. - 8pm. Parastas 7:30pm.

Sonia was born in Elizabeth to the late Walter and Emily Szypulski and lived in Rahway for several years before moving to Linden where she graduated from Linden High School in 1981.Sonia was employed by the Exxon Corp/ Infineum for 42 years as an Executive Secretary retiring in 2023 from the Environmental and Safety Division.

Sonia was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1397 Linden and a life-long member of St. Vladimirs Church.

Sonia is the beloved wife of 37 years to William J. Davis and the loving mother of Michael W. Davis and Alyssa Davis, dearest sister of Fred Szypulski and cherished cousin of Diane Sorokac.
