Stephen M. Stagich, 69, of Mountainside, N.J. formerly of Linden, entered into eternal rest on Saturday February 18 ^th 2023.

Relatives and Friends are kindly invited to attend the Memorial Gathering in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 East Blancke Street Linden on Thursday February 23 ^rd from 1pm – 3pm with a Funeral Service at 2:30pm.

Stephen was born on November 26, 1953 to the late Richard and Margaret Young Stagich and raised in Linden where he graduated from Linden High School in 1971. He was employed by the City of Linden for 10 years as a Laborer in Public Works before an injury at work forced him to retire in 1997. Previously he was employed by the Exxon Corp. Linden.

Stephen was the beloved brother of Edward Stagich, Robert Stagich and his wife Patricia and the late Thomas Stagich. Dearest brother-in-law of Diane Stagich, loving uncle of Alyson Stagich, Jason Stagich, Brian Stagich, Robby Stagich. Great Uncle to Lia Saiz-Stagich, Daren Saiz-Stagich, Noah Saiz-Stagich, Brandon Stagich and Adam Stagich.
