William B. Clark, Jr. 68, of Linden entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 17, 2022

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 6p.m. in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. Visiting hours are on Wednesday from 4 to 8p.m.  Cremation is private.

Bill was born in Rahway he lived in Elizabeth before moving to Linden in 1967 where he was raised. He also has a retirement residence in Oswego, NY where he would go and spend his time fishing.

Bill worked for Unicorn Construction Enterprise, Inc. in Montvale as a Senior Bridge Engineer for 13 years before he retired in 2021. Previously he worked for Conti Construction in Hillsboro Township for many years. Bill was part owner of Lazy Larry's Fishing Beads in Oswego, NY, and a donor to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc, in LaPlata, MD.

Billy Clark was a man who was larger than life. A truly sefless man who had a tremendous passion for fishing and his country-A true patriot. Above all he had an endless love and loyalty to his friends and family!

Bill was predeceased by his father William B. Clark, Sr. and a brother Timothy. He is survived by his loving mother Dorothy Enz Clark. His loving daughters Rachel Groogan and her husband Keith, Casey Austin and her husband Diego and Kerrie Brandon and her husband Sebastian. Loving brother to Debra Clark, Thomas Clark, Nancy Clark and Robert Clark. Cherished grandfather to Robert and Liam Groogan and Julia Austin. Beloved uncle too many nieces and a nephew that he shared a birthday with.
